How do I register on 4NE1?

How do I place an order?
Please add the items you wish to order into the shopping cart. When you have finished selecting the items you wish to purchase, navigate your browser to the Cart Summary page. From there, you will be able to make the payment for the order.
I feel unsafe paying by credit card. Can I pay by cash?
We accept payments via PayPal. With PayPal, your credit card and bank account details are safe and encrypted so no one will have access to your personal details. We are looking to allow pay by cash in the future for customers, however.
Why can I not buy a specific product?
This means the item is currently not in-stock and you will need to wait for us to import the item.
It's been days after the expected shipping date. Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
This may be due to a number of factors. However, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track down your package for you!
Do you provide gift wrapping?
At the current time, unfortunately, we don't. We are considering this option for our customers in the future.
How much is shipping and what services do you use?
We send out our products via our local shipping service, Australia Post. You can specify whether you wish to have it sent via Regular Post or Express Post. If you are within Melbourne, you also have the option of meeting up with a representative.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the current time, we only accept PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay by your bank account or by a credit card.
What does CVV2 or CVC mean?
CVV2 or CVC are the 3 numbers located on the signature panel on the back of your credit card.
Won't you have my credit card details?
No, as the payment is being processed by PayPal. They securely store your credit card or bank account details in their system. We only receive the money after processing by PayPal.
What are 4NE1 Points?
4NE1 Points allow you to purchase items for free, by spending the points you have been rewarded over a period of time. Each point is worth approximately $0.005.
How do I accumulate points?
There are currently 2 ways to get points:
- You will be rewarded 10% in points, of the total cost of each order you place. For example, if you purchase an item for $25.00 (equivalent to 5,000 points), you will be rewarded with 500 points (10%) which you can use at a later date.
- You will be rewarded 20% in points, of the total cost of an order which a referred customer places. For example, if you refer a friend and they purchase an item for $50.00 (equivalent to 10,000 points), you will be rewarded with 2,000 points (20%) which you can use at a later date.
When do my points expire?
Points never expire. You keep your points for as long as your account is active.
How do I use my points?
During payment, you will be asked whether you would like to use your points to pay for the order. If you continue to do so, you will be prompted with the amount of points you would like to use for the order. The price will then be deducted according to the points to dollar exchange rate. Please note, you must redeem a minimum of 1000 points ($5.00) per order if you wish to use your points.
How do I know how many points I have?
Please log into your account. You will then be able to see your recent orders summary as well as the number of points you've accumulated.
I made a purchase but the points I should have earned aren't showing up. Why is that?
To prevent fraudulent transactions using the points system, every order must be screened before points are allocated to you. Once we have generated an invoice for your order, you will see the points in your dashboard and in your points history.
Can I redeem my points for cash?
No. Points are not redeemable for cash.
Can I transfer my points to a friend?
At the current time, it is not possible to transfer points. However, in the future, we may add this feature.
Are there any limitations to points?
You may only have a maximum of 200,000 points at any time. Any points accumulated after you have reached this cap will automatically be forfeited.
Why are your products so much cheaper than I've seen at stores?
We are direct resellers of GEO, Adore, Misaki and other major lens companies. We buy a large batch of lenses at a low cost, which allows us to sell at a low price.
Are your lenses legit?
Our lens are completely legit and come directly from a certified supplier of the lens company.
What anti-forgery systems do you incorporate to prove lenses are authentic?
GEO lenses will come with a sticker, which, after you scratch, will reveal the serial number of the lens. You can then verify that it came directly from GEO by navigating to this site and typing in the serial number. Please note that the serial number can only be checked once, to prevent misuse.
