Shipping
All our shipping of products is done via our local post office, Australia Post. In the future, we will be incorporating services from DHL, FedEx and others.
We also allow personal meetups with a representative at a very low cost. If you wish to meet up within the metropolitan area of Melbourne, choose the "In-Person" shipping method and let us know a suitable time for you!
Returns and Refunds

Received a defective item? Please let us know within 30 days of the order date and we'll gladly assist you with an exchange or refund.
Changed your mind on a purchase? No problem! As long as it is still sealed, send it back to us within 14 days and we'll give you a full refund!
